Wellbeing

Physical wellbeing is about looking after our bodies so we can stay healthy, safe and able to enjoy both work and life outside of work. In construction, this is particularly important because many roles involve physical activity, working outdoors, operating machinery, working at height, handling materials and spending long periods on our feet.

Supporting physical wellbeing means taking steps to prevent injury and ill health, while giving our workforce the knowledge, equipment and support they need to look after themselves.

Maintaining a healthy quality of life that allows us to get the most out of our daily activities without undue fatigue or physical stress is important.

We’re here to help by providing information and tools to enhance your ability to manage your physical wellbeing.
