Occupational
Wellbeing

Occupational wellbeing is about having a positive and healthy relationship with our work. It includes feeling valued, having a sense of purpose, being able to use and develop our skills and having the support and resources needed to do our jobs effectively. In construction, our working environment can be demanding.

Projects can involve changing schedules, tight deadlines, physically challenging conditions and working as part of large teams. Supporting occupational wellbeing means creating a workplace where people feel respected, supported and able to do their best work.
