Wellbeing

Intellectual wellbeing is about keeping our minds active, developing our knowledge and skills and having opportunities to learn, grow and contribute. In construction, where every project presents new challenges, there are many opportunities to support intellectual wellbeing across our workforce.

We believe that learning doesn’t only happen in a classroom. It happens on site, through experience, collaboration, problem-solving and sharing knowledge with colleagues. By creating a culture where people are encouraged to ask questions, share ideas and learn from one another, we can help our workforce continue to develop throughout their careers.

A commitment to the continued professional and personal development of individuals and want to support them in their professional growth.   You can learn about our Black Hat Academy here. We also want to acknowledge that diversity in the workplace provides the ultimate opportunity for creativity and critical thinking.
